About the Role:

We are looking for a Social Media Community & Production Coordinator to support our marketing and brand efforts across digital platforms. This role combines content production, social media coordination, and community engagement. You will be responsible for helping create, schedule, and manage content while actively engaging with our audience and ensuring a consistent brand presence. This position is ideal for someone who is both creative and organized — someone who enjoys producing content but also thrives in structured execution and community interaction.

 

Role Responsibilities:

Content Production & Coordination

  • Assist in creating and producing social media content (posts, short-form video, graphics, captions)
  • Coordinate content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content ideas and assets
  • Help repurpose content across multiple platforms

Social Media Management

  • Manage day-to-day activity across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Schedule and publish posts using social media tools
  • Ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging
  • Monitor performance and flag high-performing content

Community Engagement

  • Respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner
  • Engage with followers to build a strong and active community
  • Monitor brand mentions and conversations
  • Help foster relationships with users and potential customers

Content Operations & Organization

  • Maintain organized content libraries and assets
  • Track content performance and basic analytics
  • Assist in optimizing workflows for content production
  • Ensure deadlines and posting schedules are consistently met

Collaboration & Campaign Support

  • Support marketing campaigns and product launches through social content
  • Work closely with marketing and leadership teams on messaging
  • Assist in brainstorming new content ideas and growth initiatives

 

Requirements:

Required Experience

  • 2–5+ years of experience in social media, content coordination, or digital marketing
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Experience with content creation (writing captions, basic video or graphic editing)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

 

Technical Skills

  • Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar)
  • Basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
  • Video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
  • Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

 

Technical Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Modern computer capable of handling content tools and platforms
  • Ability to work overlapping U.S. business hours
  • Quiet and professional remote work environment
