Field Marketing Senior Analyst

• →Define and execute an integrated marketing plan in partnership with partners and distributors across Brazil, driving partner recruitment, enablement and demand generation marketing initiatives.
• →Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of partner-led and SonicWall-led field events including industry events and webinars
• →Work side by side with the Brazil sales team to understand pipeline needs and business priorities, translating them into targeted marketing actions that directly support revenue growth.
• →Collaborate with subject matters experts to localize content and messaging that resonates with the Brazilian market.
• →Track, analyze and report on activity performance, marketing ROI and contribution to sales pipeline. Manage budget execution aligned to regional strategy.
• →Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives in the local market.

• 3+ years of experience of B2B marketing experience, ideally including channel/partner marketing and exposure to the IT security or broader enterprise tech industry
• Proven track record in the event planning and execution (in person and virtual)
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Hubspot or similar), Salesforce and design applications
• Excellent analytics mindset, comfortable turning data into actionable insights
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional written Portuguese-native level grammar, spelling and style; able to review, correct and elevate the translated content to a publication-ready standard
• Strong understanding of linguistic nuance and cultural adaptation, ensuring global materials feel natural and compelling to a Brazilian audience.
• Proven experience managing external agencies
