Responsibilities
~1 min read- →To-and-Through Partner/Channel Marketing:
- →Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for partners and distributors across APJ
- →Deliver marketing enablement and trainings for partners and their sales teams
- →Plan, budget, and track execution of MDF-funded activities, with regular ROI reporting
- →Drive adoption of joint marketing programs with partners
- →Direct Marketing/Demand generation
- →Plan and execute demand generation programs across digital, events, and content - with clear pipeline targets
- →Develop new customer case studies and video testimonials in partnership with sales
- →Act as the regional marketing liaison for the sales team and suppliers
- →Lead and develop a team of two field marketers based in India and Japan, setting priorities and coaching for growth
Requirements
~1 min read- 8+ years in B2B marketing, ideally including channel/partner marketing and exposure to the IT security or broader enterprise tech industry
- Prior experience managing teams of 3 or more direct reports
- Autonomous, structured operator who collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure flawless execution
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Results-driven, with a track record of hitting pipeline and program KPIs
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Hubspot or similar) and Salesforce
- Genuine enthusiasm for working as part of a multinational team
