• →Design, develop, test, and document React-based cross-platform applications that deliver seamless and consistent user experiences. 

• →Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers to translate feature requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions. 

• →Partner with cross-functional teams to define architecture and ensure best practices for performance, accessibility, and reliability. 

• →Write comprehensive unit and component tests to maintain product quality and prevent regressions. 

• →Participate in peer reviews and provide constructive feedback on design and implementation. 

• →Continuously improve development workflows and contribute to evolving engineering standards. 

• →Explore innovative ideas and emerging technologies through Hackathons and Café Days to help drive future PlayStation experiences. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 

• 4+ years of development experience building user-facing applications or systems using JavaScript/TypeScript. 

• Strong proficiency in React and related tools and libraries. 

• Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining cross-platform applications. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to quality. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a distributed team environment. 

• Hands-on experience with modern build and testing tools such as Webpack, Babel, Jest, or similar. 

• Familiarity with GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and containerization (e.g., Docker). 

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. 

• Understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design principles. 

• Interest or experience in applying AI/ML concepts to enhance user experiences — such as intelligent UI behaviors, personalization, recommendation systems, or automated testing tools. 

• Experience integrating or experimenting with AI-powered development tools, frameworks, or APIs (e.g., code assistants, generative models, or LLM-based automation). 

• Experience working on mobile applications on Apple ecosystem.
