Senior Manager Global Technology

The Senior Manager Global Technology – ANZ will lead our technology operations, infrastructure, and transformation initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. This role is responsible for overseeing the Global Technology (GT) department, ensuring the stability and security of our systems, and aligning technology solutions with business goals.

This role is pivotal in fostering strong partnerships across internal departments and with global counterparts to ensure technology solutions are aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative solution-focused mindset, a strong technical foundation, and a passion for driving innovation through cross-functional and cross-regional teamwork.

• Leadership & Influence: Ability to inspire and guide teams, build trust, and drive change across departments and levels. 
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. 
• Problem-Solving: Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
