The Corporate Tax Manager – Americas supports the management and administration of corporate income tax matters across the Americas region, including the U.S., Canada, and Latin America, as applicable. This role works closely with the Senior Manager, Corporate Tax – Americas to deliver on key tax responsibilities, including income tax compliance, tax provision support, income tax accounting, cash tax forecasting, tax-related financial reporting inputs, and various international taxation matters.
The position plays an important role in the preparation and analysis of tax data and calculations, providing timely, accurate inputs and calculations for the income tax compliance processes. This role also contributes to global tax provision and forecasting activities, collaborating with the Senior Manager, Tax Accounting.
Drive corporate income tax matters across the Americas region, including corporate income tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities.
Drive change in existing processes including use of AI in income tax compliance and reporting
Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to support tax return preparation and filings.
Monitor tax law changes and assist in assessing impacts.
Manage tax audits and inquiries.
Analyze key US, Canadian and Latin America tax drivers and provide insights.
Partner with finance and legal teams on tax-related matters.
Support key tax planning initiatives and process improvements.
Prepare US, Canadian and Latin America components of the quarterly and annual income tax provision under IAS 12 / ASC 740.
Assist with reconciliations, disclosures, and reporting schedules.
Support cash tax forecasts and tax budgeting processes.
Assist with international tax matters including Country-By-Country reporting, Pillar 2, and international tax treaty analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or Master’s in Taxation preferred
6–8+ years of corporate tax experience
Strong knowledge of US Federal income tax and tax accounting
Working knowledge of international tax matters
Strong tax and AI tool knowledge
In the United States, the base salary for this role ranges from $109,000 to $181,000. In addition to base salary, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
