We’re looking for a problem solver first, and an analyst second. The Data Analyst on the Applied AI Insights & Analytics Team is someone who sees a messy dataset or an unanswered business question and can’t help but dig in. You’ll bring a natural curiosity for why things happen, the technical chops to find out, and the clarity to explain what it means to anyone in the room.

 

Reporting to the Director of Applied AI Insights & Analytic, you’ll work cross-functionally to tackle real business challenges, build reporting that actually gets used, and actively explore how AI can make analytical work faster and sharper. One of the key teams you’ll support is Marketing - helping them understand performance, measure what matters, and make smarter decisions with their data. • Design, build, and maintain scalable analytics reports and dashboards using Snowflake and Power BI - including marketing performance reporting - ensuring consistent, reliable delivery of metrics that stakeholders actually rely on.
• Explore and apply AI-assisted analytics tools and techniques - including LLM-powered analysis, prompt engineering, and automated reporting - to accelerate and enhance the quality of insights
• Analyze complex, multi-source datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams - including Marketing - to define data requirements, frame analytical problems, and deliver insight-driven solutions that support strategic decisions. You’ll develop a strong command of marketing data as one of your core applied skill areas.
• Proactively identify data quality issues, own resolution end-to-end, and build monitoring processes that keep reporting trustworthy and audit-ready.

• 1-3 years of experience in an analytical, data, or business intelligence role, with a track record of turning data into decisions.
• Experience with AI or ML tooling, LLM APIs, or data science workflows; familiarity with marketing data, attribution models, or campaign performance metrics is a plus (preferred).
• Hands-on proficiency with Snowflake and Power BI, and comfort working across the full analytics stack from raw data to polished report.
• A problem-solver’s mindset above all else - you approach ambiguous questions with structure and curiosity, push past the surface answer, and know how to frame findings so they actually drive decisions.
• Solid SQL skills and experience querying large datasets; familiarity with Python or R for analysis is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you can make complex data digestible for any audience, from analysts to executives.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and its practical applications in analytics; you actively follow developments in the space and are eager to experiment.
• Background in a cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology environment (preferred).
• Comfort with ambiguity and a self-starter mentality - you don’t wait to be told what to analyze (preferred).
