Senior Product Designer for Sora Union

Sora Union a globally distributed professional services company that specializes in Design, Software Engineering, and QA services. We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with at least 8 years of experience in UX/UI design. The ideal candidate will be someone who is not only passionate about design but also experienced in leading design projects and mentoring junior designers. You should be excited about contributing to the culture and philosophy of an early-stage, distributed company.

• →Lead the development of design systems for our products and brands, ensuring consistency and innovative user experience.
• →Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to maintain design integrity throughout implementation.
• →Continuously refine and update design systems and patterns to meet evolving user and market needs.
• →Enhance our design processes, incorporating best practices and effective communication tools.
• →Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• →Create detailed, high-fidelity prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
• →Conduct comprehensive user research to inform design decisions and understand user pain points.
• →Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, prototyping, user research synthesis, and design iteration.
• →Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a proven track record of end-to-end product design.
• A robust portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of UX/UI principles , systems thinking, and impactful product work.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools and workflows, including prompt-based ideation, prototyping, and research synthesis.
• Proven experience in conducting user research and translating findings into design decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma or similar design software.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong understanding of branding, typography, color, usability, and responsive design frameworks.
• Excellent skills in concept development, collaboration, research, problem-solving, and presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Framer or similar tools for rapid prototyping and interactive design.
• B2 level English language proficiency or higher.
