Sitecore CMS Developer for Sora Union

We are looking for a skilled Sitecore Developer  CMS with 4+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Sitecore-based digital experiences, while ensuring performance, scalability, and seamless content management workflows.

You will work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and project teams to deliver high-quality web solutions and support ongoing improvements across digital platforms.

• Develop, customize, and maintain websites and digital solutions built on Sitecore CMS
• Implement new features, templates, components, and integrations within the Sitecore environment
• Support content management workflows and collaborate with content teams to ensure smooth publishing and content operations
• Work with stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions
• Optimize website performance, usability, and security
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across Sitecore applications
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to ensure seamless implementation
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices
• Assist with deployments, upgrades, and Sitecore environment maintenance
• Ensure solutions are aligned with architecture, coding standards, and business needs

• 4+ years of professional experience working with Sitecore CMS.
• Expertise in C# and the .NET Framework (including .NET Core).
• Deep understanding of Sitecore architecture, including knowledge of Helix principles, Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), and/or Sitecore Experience Manager (XM).
• Proven experience developing custom components, templates, layouts, and integrations.
• Proficiency in front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Angular).
• Familiarity with SQL Server and experience writing optimized database queries.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and modern testing frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins) and Git for version control.
