Barista – Little Island, Co. Cork - Full Time

SPAR Eastgate, an award-winning convenience retailer in Cork, is looking to recruit a vibrant and passionate individual to join our team as a Barista in our Insomnia Coffee pod in store. This role will also involve managing our ice cream and donuts section.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, has a warm and friendly personality, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every customer. The ideal candidate will always greet customers with a smile, provide outstanding service, and help create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere in store.

Our Barista should have excellent product knowledge, a passion for coffee and customer service, and the ability to work as part of a fast-paced team. Experience in a coffee shop or café environment is an advantage, but not essential, as full training can be provided. The ability to prepare hot drinks is preferable.

Suitable candidates should have experience working in a customer-facing environment, be motivated and enthusiastic, possess excellent customer care skills, and be confident communicators with a positive attitude.
