Are you ready to take your passion for food and customer service to the next level? Look no further! The Cantillon Group is now hiring a Fresh Food Supervisor to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food department, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction, product quality, and presentation.

This is a full-time, permanent position with guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard.

  • Ordering and stock management.

  • Inducting and on-boarding of new team members

  • Supervise the activities of the team on a daily and on-going basis to ensure necessary tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.

  • Ensure high quality and consistent customer service is provided at all times.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety and food regulations.

  • Monitor and adherence to store and company policies.

  • Very competitive rate of pay, every Thursday.

  • Previous experience in the fast food/deli/kitchen department is required.

  • Professional & polite manner is essential.

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment and with a willingness to embrace new challenges.
