Store Manager - Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at SPAR Express located on Old Dublin Rd in Nenagh. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance.

• Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve store targets and deliver exceptional service to customers.

• Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and organized to provide a welcoming shopping environment.

• Monitor inventory levels, place orders with suppliers, and manage stock control to minimize wastage and maximize sales opportunities.

• Implement promotional activities and marketing strategies to drive footfall and increase revenue.

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

• Analyse sales reports, set performance goals for the team, and take necessary actions to achieve targets.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, to maintain a safe working environment.
