  • Job Posting Creation & Employer Branding Support
  • Offer Preparation & Pre‑Employment Process Coordination
  • Compliance Awareness & Documentation Accuracy
  • Organization, Time Management & Team Collaboration
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a related role preferred.
  • Working knowledge of full‑cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, and LinkedIn or similar sourcing tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
