Physician Liaison – Nassau County

The Physician Liaison is responsible for driving growth within Spear’s Nassau County clinics. The physician liaison works within the Business Development team to establish and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital networks, local businesses, schools, and community members. The physician liaison works closely with Spear clinic directors, physical and occupational therapists, the business development team, and marketing team to strategize and support Spear’s efforts to grow and thrive. 

Primary interfaces: Director of Business Development, Physicians, Clinical Directors, Therapist team, VP of Business Development & Marketing

Reports to: Director of Business Development

Location: Hybrid with the expectation of:

-3-4 days traveling in the field per week

-1-2 days/week at Headquarters in Midtown Manhattan

Position Requirements:

4+ year of relevant experience in Queens/Long Island

Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Licensed Physical Therapist/ Occupational Therapist
