Internship A&R

At Warner Music Benelux, we’re a collective of music makers and music lovers, innovators and inspired entrepreneurs, game-changing creatives, and passionate team members. Here, we know that each talent makes our collective bolder and brighter. We are guided by four core principles that underpin everything we do across all our diverse businesses: 

• Listen to demos and feedback on songwriting, music production, mix and master;

• Work on scouting upcoming talent;

• Support in A&R coordination; 

• Support organizing writing sessions and camps together with Warner Chappell Music;

• Participate in creative thinking and brainstorms within the A&R team;

• Find your way into the artist and creative (producers and writers) community; 

• Visit live shows to support artists on the WMG roster.
