Bank Handyman

As a Bank Engineering Assistant, you’ll play a key part in helping us maintain a safe, welcoming and well‑maintained hospital environment for patients, visitors and colleagues.

• →Carrying out general building maintenance and repairs
• →Completing painting, decorating and minor refurbishment works
• →Supporting the engineering team with day‑to‑day tasks
• →Helping to source and purchase tools and materials
• →Identifying maintenance and decoration needs and reporting them to management
• →Completing mandatory online training
• →Working safely at all times and keeping work areas safe for others

Occasional out‑of‑hours work may be required due to the nature of the role.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in painting, decorating and general maintenance
• Able to prioritise work and manage tasks independently
• Comfortable using a computer for training, communication and job sign‑off
• A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
• Literate, numerate and highly motivated
