Regional Primary Care Relationship Manager

• →Develop and deliver targeted primary care engagement plans
• →Build strong relationships with GPs, PCNs, ICBs and other stakeholders
• →Organise and deliver educational events, workshops and seminars
• →Promote Spire services to drive referrals and business growth
• →Generate leads through networking and face-to-face engagement
• →Analyse referral data to identify opportunities and measure impact
• →Maintain accurate CRM records and provide activity reporting
• →Act as a key point of contact for primary care enquiries and support
• →Represent Spire at events and within the local healthcare community

• Proven experience as a GP Liaison Officer or Primary Care Relationship Manager
• Strong field sales background within healthcare or corporate environments
• Demonstrable success in relationship management and business development
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
• Good understanding of NHS primary care structures
• Full UK driving licence
