Food and Beverage Lead - Elizabethtown Sports Park

We are looking for positive individuals to lead our food & beverage areas to provide quality service as well as consistent products.

• →Assist customers as needed with outstanding customer service to take orders for food, snacks, drinks, and treats
• →Operate an electronic cash register and credit card machine
• →Assist with food prep and cooking
• →Keep all food service areas clean and neat
• →Balance cash drawer at end of shift
• →Handle any customer complaints
• →Ensure all health and safety regulations are being followed
• →Ability to lead and set example for other Team Members
• →Open/close concession stands and ensure all procedures are followed
• →Monitor quality control and maximize efficiency
• →Other duties as assigned leadership

• Must be able to work nights/weekends/holidays
• Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons
• Minimum two years of customer service experience with general public preferred
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
• Facility has intermittent noise
