About the Role
~1 min readWe are actively seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Designer with a 360° skill set to join our dynamic team at Sporty Group. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating and engaging content across video, motion, and static formats, supporting our products and marketing channels. We’re looking for someone with a strong portfolio, a passion for sports (especially football), and a sharp understanding of internet culture and modern football design trends.

Work with raw footage, templates, and motion assets to deliver scalable content quickly

Adapt global campaign assets into localized video formats for Mexico
Production Motion & Dynamic Content
- →
Develop motion graphics and animations to enhance video content
- →
Create match promos, betting-related content, and reactive assets around live events
- →
Design dynamic overlays, transitions, and engaging visual effects
Supporting Design and Others
- →Create high-impact visual content across all platforms, including apps, websites, and marketing channels (banners, ads, social media assets, etc.)
- →Design motion graphics and animations (e.g., match promos, score updates, transitions, social clips)
- →Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns around key matches and events
- →Adapt designs for different platforms, ensuring content is optimized per channel (social, display, app, web)
- →Stay on top of design, football, and internet trends, incorporating relevant styles and ideas into your work
- →Work with analytics and data teams to evaluate performance and continuously improve creative output
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Strong proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (static design), Premiere Pro (video editing), After Effects (motion graphics & animation)
- Proven experience in video editing, motion design, and static design within a marketing or digital environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing multi-format work (video + motion + static)
- Solid understanding of marketing platforms and design best practices (social media, display ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of visual storytelling and innovation
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
