~1 min readAs a Video Maker, you will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality video content across multiple environments, including studio, on-location shoots, match coverage, and field productions.
You will operate camera, audio, and basic lighting equipment, adapting quickly to different scenarios while ensuring agility without compromising quality.
In addition, you will handle the full editing process end-to-end, transforming raw footage into compelling content tailored for different platforms such as social media, YouTube, and promotional formats.
You will actively contribute to content ideation, translating editorial concepts into engaging visual narratives, and collaborating closely with social, editorial, and design teams to ensure alignment with content strategy and performance goals.
- Proven experience as a videomaker, filmmaker, or video content creator
- Strong portfolio showcasing both filming and editing skills
- Experience in sports, digital media, or fast-paced content environments (plus)
- Solid camera operation skills (DSLR, mirrorless, cinema cameras)
- Strong editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or similar)
- Basic knowledge of lighting and audio capture
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, and multi-platform delivery specs
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
- Ability to think in formats (series, cuts, and content ecosystems)
- Awareness of digital trends and platform-specific content styles
- Hands-on, proactive, and resourceful mindset
- Ability to work independently and solve problems in real time
- Comfortable in dynamic environments (live productions, field coverage)
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
- High sense of ownership from ideation to final delivery
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Creativity and attention to detail
