Spreetail is seeking a Technical Account Manager to play a critical role in scaling how we launch, manage, and optimize brands across channels. In this role, you’ll own key performance reporting such as VTR and OTD, transforming data into actionable insights that drive meaningful business impact. You’ll also lead onboarding for new brands and channel expansions, ensuring seamless, high-quality launches across Amazon and other marketplaces. From building reporting that clearly tells the story behind the numbers to executing high-volume operational work with speed and precision, no two days are the same.   • Own weekly metrics and reporting by pulling, validating, and distributing data, while building reporting (VTR, OTD, B2B) and bridges to explain trends and drive insights.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify anomalies, surface risks, and support root cause analysis across key operational KPIs.
  • Lead onboarding workflows for Amazon and channel expansion, ensuring new brand and marketplace setups are completed accurately and on time.
  • Track onboarding progress end-to-end, proactively flagging blockers and driving cross-functional alignment to keep initiatives moving.
  • Execute core operational tasks (SKU creation, location setup, SKU mapping) with speed and precision, maintaining high data accuracy and meeting SLAs.
  • Experience in operations, account management, or other high-volume, task-driven environments.
  • Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or similar data/reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and marketplace fulfillment operations, with Amazon experience preferred.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage recurring workflows accurately and consistently.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and self-management skills, with the ability to operate independently.
