Spring Health is actively seeking a Manager, Executive Support to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will support the Chief Financial Officer and lead, mentor, and scale our administrative infrastructure to support our executive leadership team. This is a full-time position operating on a hybrid schedule out of our New York City headquarters. Occasional travel may be required for company or team meetings/events. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Executive Assistants supporting our C-suite and executive leaders
  • Serve as strategic right hand to the CFO, managing calendar and time as a strategic asset, exercising independent judgment on competing priorities, and acting as a trusted gatekeeper and proxy in cross-functional and external communications
  • Establish operational benchmarks and standardized workflows across the executive support function to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to align administrative capacity with shifting business priorities and strategic goals.
  • Drive the adoption of generative AI tools and automated workflows within the administrative team to increase operational velocity and efficiency.
  • Oversee the execution of critical cross-functional deliverables, ensuring leadership deadlines are consistently met.
  • Design and implement professional development frameworks, ensuring clear goal alignment and growth paths for all team members.
  • Manage executive schedule prioritization strategies and resource allocation across the administrative organization.
  • Serve as a strategic point of escalation for complex scheduling, logistics, and operational challenges across the executive suite.
  • Ensure a high percentage of Executive Assistants maintain active development goals and demonstrate measurable skill progression per half.
  • Successfully automate or integrate AI assistance into targeted recurring workflows each quarter to increase collective output.
  • Coaches executive support team to become skilled in modern AI productivity tools.
  • Maintain exceptional operational reliability by meeting critical leadership and cross-functional deadlines across all supported executives.
  • Consistently minimize error rates on core administrative, scheduling, and operational deliverables across the executive support function.
  • Experience managing, mentoring, or serving as a lead for a team of executive assistants or administrative professionals.
  • Deep background providing high-level administrative or operational support to C-suite and senior leadership within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven capability in identifying workflow inefficiencies and implementing automated or AI-driven solutions to optimize team performance.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with a history of navigating ambiguity and shifting timelines fluidly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface confidently across all organizational tiers.
  • Strong technical aptitude with modern collaboration software, scheduling platforms, and productivity tools.

The target base salary range for this position is $129,780 - $164,450 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
