We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Facilities & Workplace Support Associate to help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient workplace environment. This role is responsible for supporting daily facility operations, moving and setting up furniture and equipment, handling deliveries, maintaining storage areas, and assisting with office moves and special events. The ideal candidate is organized, physically capable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support daily facility and workplace operations to ensure smooth business activities.
- →Move, assemble, arrange, and set up furniture, tables, chairs, shelving, racks, and workplace equipment.
- →Receive, transport, distribute, and organize packages, supplies, and materials throughout the facility.
- →Assist with office relocations, room reconfigurations, showroom setups, and special events.
- →Maintain clean, organized, and secure storage areas.
- →Assist with inventory management of facility supplies, equipment, and workplace materials.
- →Conduct routine facility inspections and identify maintenance, safety, or housekeeping concerns.
- →Report facility issues and workplace hazards to the appropriate department for resolution.
- →Ensure meeting rooms, common areas, and workspaces are properly set up and maintained.
- →Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- →Perform additional facility and operational support duties as assigned.
Requirements
~1 min read- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in facilities, warehouse, office support, maintenance, or workplace services is a plus.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and move materials and equipment safely.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices.
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks in office, warehouse, showroom, and facility environments.
