We’re seeking warm, outgoing, and authentic individuals to serve as the face of the organization and support elevated hospitality experiences for guests, visitors, and employees.

As an Ambassador, you will support daily guest engagement and hospitality operations across the attraction. From providing directions and recommendations to promoting onsite experiences and assisting with daily operations, your service mindset and communication skills will help create a seamless and engaging environment for guests.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy interacting with people, and naturally put hospitality first.


This role plays a key part in maintaining a welcoming and engaging environment for guests and visitors. Your ability to communicate effectively, anticipate needs, and provide attentive service contributes directly to the overall experience and reputation of the property.


Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and create a friendly, engaging atmosphere
  • Answer questions, provide directions, and escort guests throughout the attraction as needed
  • Provide attentive and professional guest support
  • Promote onsite experiences, VIP offerings, retail items, dining options, and seasonal programming
  • Distribute promotional materials, maps, and event information to guests
  • Support engagement initiatives that help drive guest participation and ticket conversions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support daily operations and guest needs
  • Share guest feedback with leadership and assist with shift reporting or briefings
  • Stay informed on daily events, programming, and special offerings
  • Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
  • Adapt quickly to changing operational needs and support team initiatives
  • Assist with onboarding or supporting new team members as needed
  • Follow all safety guidelines and workplace procedures
  • Help maintain a safe and organized environment for guests and team members

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and hospitality-driven personality
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in fast-paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Previous hospitality, guest experience, restaurant, lounge, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Acting or performance-based experience is a plus

Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move items up to 10–20 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

The expected compensation is an estimate, and the final offer will depend on skills, experience, and other job-related factors.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI):
