Are you a creative individual eager to develop their craft in video, photography and A/V? The South Shore CVA is looking for an enthusiastic Video Production Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in creating compelling videos to promote our beautiful region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about storytelling through video.
As a Video Production Intern, you will work closely with our Video Production Manager and the marketing team. Weekend availability required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing projects.
- Capture photo, video and audio.
- Learn about audio requirements and video editing techniques.
- Assist with mobile video board operations and in-house A/V production.
- Collaborate with team members on various creative projects.
What You’ll Learn:
- Hands-on production experience, in studio and on location.
- How to effectively communicate and collaborate in a creative team environment.
- Hospitality Tourism industry
- Best practices in video marketing and current trends in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a related degree program (e.g., Film, Communications, Media Production).
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Basic knowledge of video editing and multimedia software is a plus.
- A passion for video storytelling and staying updated on industry trends.
