The Group operates across various regulated businesses in the financial services ecosystem, including stock broking, depository participant services, mutual fund distribution, and fixed deposits.
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates to join our Secretarial and Compliance team and support the Group's corporate governance and regulatory compliance functions.
Responsibilities

Assist in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.

Support the preparation of Board and Committee meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
- →
Assist in maintaining statutory registers, records, and corporate documents.
- →
Coordinate and support regulatory filings with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), stock exchanges, and CDSL.
- →
Track and monitor compliance requirements and ensure timely completion of filings and disclosures.

Assist in Audit and inspections.
- →
Assist in due diligence exercises and fundraising transactions.
- →
Support rights issues and private placements, including pre- and post-closing activities such as ISIN creation, corporate actions, allotment processes, and dematerialisation.

Assist in the preparation of AGM and EGM documents, Directors' Reports, and annual filings.
- →
Review advertisements and marketing materials from a regulatory and compliance perspective.
- →
Support compliance and secretarial functions across group entities.
The role will provide an opportunity to progressively internalise routine company secretarial activities that are currently managed by external consultants.

Candidate pursuing the Company Secretary course and eligible for practical training.

Professional Passed is preferred.

Strong communication and drafting skills.

Qualified Company Secretary (ACS).

Fresher or candidate with up to six months of experience.

Good knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, and corporate governance practices.
