We are looking for a People Operations Intern to provide administrative support across our Talent and People Operations team. Reporting to the Manager, Global Mobility, you will play a key role in keeping our team organized, our data accurate, and our hiring process running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the details—you’ll balance core coordination tasks with projects aimed at making our internal processes more efficient and user-friendly.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide broad administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including interview scheduling, managing talent workflows in the ATS (Greenhouse), onboarding in the HRIS, submitting tickets and other administrative support.
- →Monitor the People Operations, People Technology and Global Mobility mailboxes, responding to general employee questions and routing requests as needed.
- →Prepare standard employment documents, such as verification letters, and maintain organized digital files for the team.
- →Support the tracking of company policy updates and assist with the basic administrative tasks required for work authorizations.
- →Perform regular data entry and routine audits within the HRIS (UKG) to ensure all employee information remains accurate and consistent.
- →System updates across the People Technology stack.
- →Other duties as assigned
- Must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary program, with a strong preference for Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication, ability to take meeting notes and help draft step-by-step guides for team tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, VLOOKUPs) is advantageous.
- Demonstrates a high degree of personal integrity and an understanding of the importance of keeping employee information confidential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy for compliance-heavy tasks, data audits and reporting.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- An interest in learning how systems work together and a willingness to learn how to build automated forms and workflows.
The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected hourly rate for candidates located in Ontario, Canada. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate’s current location.
This range represents hourly rate only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.
