Responsibilities

Requirements
~2 min read- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of driving measurable impact.
- 3+ years of experience using Python; experience in other programming languages will also be considered.
- 3+ years of experience using SQL, with a strong ability to write large, dynamic analytical queries.
- Experience with data visualization tools; Looker and LookML experience is a must.
- Strong foundation in data engineering, data governance, and business intelligence best practices.
- Experience working on a cloud platform (GCP preferred).
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics platforms (GTM, GA4, GA360) and their implementation is a strong asset..
- Interest in developing machine learning skill sets; basic knowledge and understanding of machine learning concepts is a plus.
- Knowledge or experience in data engineering is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with large-scale OLAP databases and data warehouses; strong understanding of Google Cloud BigQuery is preferred.
- Technical understanding of marketing concepts such as cookie-based data collection, audience segmentation, attribution modelling, A/B testing, and marketing KPI calculations is a plus.
- Proven track record in uncovering insights through data exploration, pattern recognition, and advanced analytics techniques.
- Develop creative and practical data-driven solutions by leveraging statistical analysis and predictive modeling to address business challenges. Clearly articulate findings and approaches to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Skilled in applying machine learning algorithms, forecasting methods, optimization strategies, or natural language processing to real-world use cases.
- Driven by curiosity and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to apply the right tools and techniques to a variety of analytical scenarios.
