As an Agentic AI Developer, you will: Design and develop intelligent agentic systems capable of autonomous reasoning and decision-making. Build and integrate AI models leveraging natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and reinforcement learning techniques. Develop scalable AI pipelines and APIs that enable adaptive and context-aware applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI-driven automation into enterprise solutions. Ensure ethical, explainable, and high-performance AI implementations across digital ecosystems. Continuously explore emerging frameworks and agentic AI technologies to enhance innovation. What You Bring to the Table: Strong expertise in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain. Understanding of agentic architectures, large language models (LLMs), and autonomous systems. Proficiency in integrating AI with APIs, cloud services, and data platforms. Experience in prompt engineering, AI orchestration, and real-time decision-making systems. Solid grasp of data processing, optimization, and model evaluation techniques. You should possess the ability to: Translate complex business problems into intelligent AI-driven solutions. Develop and optimize multi-agent workflows with minimal human intervention. Collaborate effectively with data scientists, engineers, and product teams. Balance innovation with responsibility, ensuring transparent and explainable AI systems.
