Business Analyst – IAM & Cloud Security (ID: 3156)

As a Business Analyst – IAM & Cloud Security, you will: Lead business analysis activities within IAM, IGA, CIEM, and cloud security initiatives. Gather and document business requirements through client engagement and stakeholder collaboration. Translate requirements into solution designs and support implementation and technical delivery. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements leveraging IAM and cloud solutions. Build business cases and present insights through data analysis and storytelling. Work closely with technical and functional teams to align IAM design with business needs. What You Bring to the Table: 6–8 years of professional experience in Business Analysis, with strong focus on IAM and cloud security. Proven expertise in IGA, CIEM, and ITDR (with CrowdStrike exposure). Strong understanding of IAM concepts: authentication, authorization, and access control. Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and technical support. Knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms. Track record in data analysis, business case development, and presenting solutions effectively. Familiarity with business process analysis and process improvement methodologies. You should possess the ability to: Engage with clients and stakeholders to define requirements and business needs. Bridge the gap between business processes and technical IAM/cloud solutions. Build compelling business cases with clear ROI and value-driven recommendations. Apply problem-solving skills to design scalable and secure identity management solutions.
