Business Analyst - Mendix (ID:3643)

As a Business Analyst - Mendix, you will: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for application development and process improvement initiatives. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams. Work closely with Mendix developers to design and deliver low-code applications. Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. Support rapid application development using the Mendix platform. Participate in workshops, requirement discussions, and stakeholder meetings. Ensure alignment of solutions with business goals and user expectations. Assist in backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies. Support testing activities including UAT and ensure successful solution delivery. Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. What You Bring to the Table: 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects. Hands-on experience or strong exposure to Mendix (low-code platform). Experience in gathering and documenting requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories). Good understanding of business process modeling (BPMN, workflows). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand application workflows. You Should Possess the Ability to: Translate business requirements into clear and structured documentation. Collaborate effectively with Mendix developers for solution delivery. Analyze business processes and suggest improvements using low-code solutions. Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions. Support end-to-end delivery from requirement gathering to deployment. Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies in project execution. Adapt quickly in a fast-paced Agile environment.
