As a Cyber Security Operations Manager, you will: Lead and manage global security operations teams across multiple geographies, including the Netherlands. Ensure overall delivery commitments for maintenance support and enhancement projects are achieved. Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders including CIOs and CISOs. Lead end-to-end transition and integration activities for operations projects. Manage transition plans, timelines, governance, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Security Operations, IAM, Infrastructure, and Integration teams. Drive knowledge transfer activities and ensure process documentation is completed. Oversee incident response activities and major investigation reporting. Conduct proactive threat and compromise analysis to identify indicators of compromise (IOCs). Manage operational escalations, remediation planning, and business continuity activities. Represent leadership teams during executive steering committee meetings and operational reviews. Ensure seamless transition to steady-state operations with stakeholder sign-offs. Track KPIs, SLAs, operational metrics, and contractual compliance requirements. Support 24x7 operational availability and critical issue management. What You Bring to the Table: 15+ years of experience in Security Operations, Transition Management, or Cybersecurity Operations leadership. Strong experience managing globally distributed onshore and offshore teams. Expertise in operations management, maintenance support, and enhancement project delivery. Experience working directly with executive stakeholders such as CIOs, CISOs, and vendor management teams. Hands-on experience in security incident response, threat analysis, and compromise investigations. Strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder management capabilities. Experience handling operational escalations and customer satisfaction initiatives. Knowledge of transition governance frameworks, operational metrics, KPIs, and SLA management. Experience in cross-functional coordination involving IAM, Security, Infrastructure, and Integration teams. Strong executive briefing and reporting skills with attention to detail. Preferred certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIH, GCFA, CHFI, CEH, or SEC certifications. You should possess the ability to: Lead complex transition and integration programs independently. Manage large-scale security operations across multiple geographies. Perform proactive and reactive threat analysis and communicate risks effectively to leadership teams. Handle executive-level communication and stakeholder management confidently. Conduct root cause analysis for critical incidents and drive corrective actions. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational transitions. Manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and business continuity requirements effectively. Prepare annual operational plans aligned with customer IT and security strategies. Drive operational governance through dashboards, trackers, reports, and status reviews. Identify process improvement and automation opportunities within operations. Ensure effective knowledge transfer and operational readiness. Work in a fast-paced 24x7 operational environment and support critical incidents beyond business hours when needed.
