As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will: Provide technical support to end users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues Install, configure, and set up desktop systems, laptops, peripherals, and business applications Troubleshoot technical problems both remotely and on-site, ensuring minimal downtime Perform routine system maintenance including updates, patches, hardware upgrades, and backups Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system configurations Create and update knowledge base articles for common technical issues Deliver user training and guidance to improve system usage and productivity Collaborate with internal IT teams such as network engineers and system administrators for complex issue resolution Implement and manage security configurations to safeguard systems against threats What You Bring to the Table: 4–6 years of overall IT experience in Desktop Support / Infrastructure Services Strong hands-on experience in desktop management and end-user support Good understanding of hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity and system issues Familiarity with IT service management and documentation practices Strong communication skills with a user-focused approach You Should Possess the Ability to: Provide quick and effective solutions to technical issues Manage multiple support requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users Work independently as well as collaboratively within IT teams Maintain attention to detail in documentation and system configurations Ensure high levels of user satisfaction and service delivery What We Bring to the Table: Opportunity to work in an enterprise IT environment with modern infrastructure Exposure to a wide range of technologies in desktop and infrastructure services Collaborative and supportive team environment International work exposure with diverse stakeholders Opportunity to enhance technical and user-support expertise Let’s Connect Want to discuss this opportunity in more detail?
