IGA Engineer (ID: 3603)

As an IGA (Identity Governance & Administration) Engineer, you will: Implement, configure, and maintain IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or IBM ISIM Design and optimize identity lifecycle management workflows including provisioning and deprovisioning Build and manage integrations with HR systems, directories, and enterprise applications Automate IAM processes using scripting languages like Python or PowerShell Support access certification campaigns and enforce RBAC policies Troubleshoot platform issues, debug workflows, and perform root-cause analysis Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver identity solutions What You Bring to the Table: Hands-on experience with IGA tools (SailPoint, Saviynt or IBM ISIM) Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance Solid knowledge of RBAC and access certification processes Experience in scripting for automation and integrations Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively You should possess the ability to: Design scalable and secure identity governance solutions Analyze complex identity and access issues and provide effective solutions Develop and maintain integrations using APIs and connectors Automate repetitive IAM tasks to improve efficiency Ensure compliance with governance and security policies Adapt quickly in a fast-paced enterprise environment What we bring to the table: Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale IAM and identity governance projects Exposure to modern identity technologies and cloud platforms Collaborative and technically driven work environment Opportunities for continuous learning and skill development Challenging projects that enhance problem-solving and technical expertise Let’s Connect Want to discuss this opportunity in more detail?
