Infor M3 Functional Consultant (ID: 3504)

As an Infor M3 Functional Consultant, you will: Lead and drive functional consulting activities within Infor M3 ERP Manufacturing and Logistics modules. Implement and support 2–3 full-cycle Infor M3 Manufacturing ERP implementations. Design, configure, and optimize Manufacturing modules including Manufacturing, Maintenance, MRP, Inventory Management, Quality, Bill of Material, Work Center, Routing, and Warehouses. Configure and support Logistics modules including Warehousing, Inbound and Outbound Inventory, Inventory Control, Transportation and Shipping, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P). Assess existing system landscapes and conduct functional testing across DEV, TST, and PRD environments. Coordinate with business stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Collaborate with technical and development teams for handling new requirements, reports, and customizations. Support Infor M3 cloud environment setup and data migration from on-premises to cloud. Provide weekly progress updates and status reporting to Project and Delivery Managers. What You Bring to the Table: 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong functional expertise in Infor M3 ERP. Proven experience in at least 2–3 Manufacturing ERP full lifecycle implementations in Infor M3. Strong knowledge of Infor M3 Manufacturing and Logistics modules. Experience in Infor M3 cloud environment and migration activities. Experience in functional testing and business process mapping. Basic project management knowledge including effort estimation, task scheduling, weekly reporting, and meeting facilitation. You Should Possess the Ability to: Analyze business processes and translate them into ERP solutions. Coordinate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers. Drive meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions confidently. Manage multiple priorities in a structured and deadline-driven environment.
