IT Integrator (ID: 3717)

As an IT Integrator, you will: Manage and coordinate large-scale IT initiatives across multiple teams and domains Create and oversee end-to-end IT implementation plans ensuring timely delivery Identify, track, and manage dependencies across squads, tribes, and global teams Coordinate development activities and ensure alignment with architectural guidelines and best practices Work closely with developers, system administrators, business stakeholders, and management Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and remove delivery impediments Ensure proper coordination of testing activities and end-to-end execution Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives What You Bring to the Table: 8–10 years of experience in IT project management and coordination Strong experience working on banking or financial services projects Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional IT initiatives Strong understanding of Agile ways of working Experience in stakeholder management across technical and business teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines effectively You Should Possess the Ability to: Coordinate large programs across multiple teams and domains Align technical execution with business objectives Identify risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Drive delivery in fast-paced and complex environments What We Bring to the Table: Opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation initiatives Exposure to global banking environments and complex IT landscapes A collaborative and dynamic work environment Opportunities for continuous learning and growth Let’s Connect Want to discuss this opportunity in more detail?
