NIS2 Compliance Project Manager (ID: 3662)

As a NIS2 Compliance Project Manager, you will: Lead and coordinate NIS2 compliance initiatives across IT, security, and business functions. Translate regulatory requirements into structured project plans, timelines, and actionable workstreams. Drive execution of security, risk, and compliance programs aligned with NIS2 and related frameworks. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, delivery, and adherence to compliance objectives. Monitor and manage risks, dependencies, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate collaboration between IT, security, and business stakeholders. Oversee governance, reporting, and audit-related activities. Ensure accurate documentation, compliance tracking, and reporting standards are maintained. Communicate project status, risks, and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Drive a results-oriented approach with focus on timely delivery and accountability. What You Bring to the Table: Proven experience in IT project management or program management roles. Strong experience managing cross-functional initiatives in complex enterprise environments. Hands-on experience with security, risk, and compliance frameworks (NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST). Familiarity with governance models, audit processes, and reporting frameworks. Experience working with stakeholders across IT, security, and business domains. Good understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and collaboration capabilities. Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills. Experience working in large, international environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You Should Possess the Ability to: Structure complex regulatory requirements into clear and manageable project deliverables. Manage and align stakeholders across multiple domains and organizational levels. Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies proactively. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Work efficiently in regulated, high-impact environments. Maintain a structured and detail-oriented approach to documentation and reporting. Deliver outcomes with a strong focus on accountability and execution.
