As a PEGA Lead System Architect, you will: Lead the design and implementation of complex PEGA-based solutions. Collaborate with multiple teams including business, development, and PEGA platform teams. Guide customers in defining and optimizing their PEGA application landscape. Provide architectural direction across enterprise-level PEGA implementations. Drive best practices in PEGA application design and governance. Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical architecture. Support Constellation framework adoption and implementation. What You Bring to the Table: 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on PEGA expertise. Certified PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA). Proven experience working across multiple teams in enterprise environments. Deep knowledge of PEGA Platform architecture and capabilities. Strong understanding of PEGA Constellation framework. Experience guiding customers on PEGA landscape and solution strategy. Solid experience in large-scale PEGA implementations. You Should Possess the Ability to: Architect scalable and high-performing PEGA solutions. Mentor and guide development teams on PEGA best practices. Translate complex business requirements into technical design. Define enterprise PEGA application landscapes. Troubleshoot architectural and performance challenges. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams. Drive design reviews and governance discussions.
