As a SailPoint NERM SME, you will: Manage the onboarding and offboarding lifecycle of third-party users, vendors, and contractors Handle access provisioning, approvals, and entitlement management within the SailPoint NERM platform Monitor risk scores, compliance checks, and governance controls for non-employee identities Support audit activities, certification campaigns, and compliance reporting Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint NERM platform and access-related issues Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendor management teams, and security teams to ensure secure identity governance Support implementation and optimization of IAM workflows and access management processes Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and governance standards Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to identity lifecycle management and access governance Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and access governance standards What You Bring to the Table: 6–8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint NERM or similar IAM platforms Good understanding of non-employee identity lifecycle management Experience with access provisioning, approvals, and governance processes Strong knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance principles Familiarity with audit support and certification campaigns Experience troubleshooting IAM and access management issues Knowledge of SailPoint IIQ integrations and workflows Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently in enterprise-scale environments You Should Possess the Ability to: Manage secure and compliant third-party identity governance processes Coordinate effectively with security, business, and vendor management teams Troubleshoot and resolve complex access management issues Support governance, audit, and compliance initiatives efficiently Improve IAM workflows and operational processes Deliver secure identity lifecycle management solutions in dynamic environments What We Bring to the Table: Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale IAM and security initiatives Exposure to modern identity governance and access management technologies Collaborative and security-focused work environment Opportunity to contribute to compliance and governance transformation programs Continuous learning and career growth opportunities Let’s Connect Want to discuss this opportunity in more detail?
