As a Salesforce Developer, you will: Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce Lightning Platform, leveraging out-of-the-box features such as Flows and Approval Processes Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable deployments Set up and maintain Salesforce environments across development, testing, and production stages Ensure adherence to security best practices and quality assurance standards Build and manage integrations using standard integration patterns Collaborate within Agile (SCRUM) teams to deliver high-quality solutions Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and practices Support and enhance existing Salesforce applications and features What You Bring to the Table: 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Platform (mandatory) Experience with CI/CD processes and tools Solid understanding of environment setup and release management Knowledge of Salesforce security models and QA practices Experience in integrations and integration patterns Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM Exposure to tools and technologies including Apex (good to have), Salesforce Shield, AutoRABIT, Salesforce DX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Microsoft Azure platform You should possess the ability to: Work independently with minimal supervision Demonstrate maturity, ownership, and strong commitment to deliverables Effectively collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams Adapt quickly in a fast-paced Agile environment Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide scalable solutions Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders What We Bring to the Table: Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations Exposure to modern tools, technologies, and cloud platforms including Azure Collaborative Agile work environment with focus on innovation and quality Let’s Connect Want to discuss this opportunity in more detail?
