SAP Finance AMS Lead - SAP S/4HANA (ID: 3761)

As an SAP Finance AMS Lead, You Will: Lead SAP Finance AMS operations while ensuring SLA adherence and high-quality service delivery. Manage incident and problem resolution for critical finance-related issues, including P1/P2 escalations. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective measures to improve operational stability. Oversee change and release management activities, including approvals for configuration changes, enhancements, and deployments. Ensure seamless integration between SAP Finance modules and interconnected systems such as MM, SD, MuleSoft, and STIBO. Act as the primary finance lead for stakeholder communication, client escalations, governance meetings, and service reviews. Drive process optimization initiatives focused on automation, efficiency, and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with SOX controls, audit requirements, and retail-specific financial regulations. Maintain functional documentation, knowledge repositories, process flows, and support materials for finance operations. Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams to support end-to-end finance processes and transformation initiatives. What You Bring to the Table: 6–8 years of experience in SAP Finance support, AMS delivery, and enterprise finance operations. Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Financial Planning & Analysis processes. Hands-on experience managing SAP AMS environments and finance-related service delivery operations. Strong understanding of incident management, problem management, and release governance processes. Experience integrating SAP Finance with MM, SD, and external enterprise systems. Knowledge of integration technologies and platforms such as MuleSoft and STIBO is highly preferred. Familiarity with SOX compliance, audit controls, and financial governance standards. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing experience. Proven ability to lead teams, manage escalations, and drive service improvement initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities within complex enterprise environments.
