Senior CyberArk Engineer (ID: 3010)

As a Senior CyberArk Engineer – L3 Support, you will: Manage and maintain CyberArk Core Privileged Access Security (PAS) infrastructure including components such as PVWA, PSM, CPM, and PSMP. Perform version upgrades and patch management of CyberArk components. Handle onboarding of privileged accounts across various platforms including Windows, Linux, and databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL). Manage safe administration, password policies, and session management processes. Support application and service account onboarding using CyberArk’s best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve L3-level issues related to CyberArk infrastructure and integrations. What You Bring to the Table: 8–10 years of proven hands-on experience with CyberArk Core PAS. In-depth knowledge and practical experience with CyberArk components: PVWA, PSM, CPM, PSMP. Strong understanding of CyberArk onboarding procedures for both user and application/service accounts. Experience managing privileged account security, safe administration, and session monitoring. Familiarity with enterprise databases: Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, and MySQL. Previous experience with CyberArk version upgrades, configuration, and maintenance. You should possess the ability to: Independently handle complex CyberArk support issues and infrastructure changes. Onboard and manage privileged accounts securely across multiple environments. Administer and optimize CyberArk safes, policies, and workflows. Collaborate effectively with security, infrastructure, and application teams. Maintain compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements.
