Senior Infor M3 Functional Consultant (ID: 3502)

As a Senior Infor M3 Functional Consultant, you will: Lead functional implementation of Infor M3 ERP across Manufacturing and Logistics modules Drive end-to-end configuration of Manufacturing processes (MRP, BOM, Work Centers, Routing, Quality, Maintenance) Manage Logistics workflows including Warehousing, Inventory Control, O2C and P2P cycles Assess and analyze existing ERP landscapes and propose functional improvements Conduct and support functional testing across DEV, TST, and PRD environments Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams Collaborate with development teams for customizations, reports, and enhancements Ensure process alignment between Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations Provide weekly project progress updates to Project and Delivery Managers What You Bring to the Table: 8 - 10 years of experience in ERP implementations with strong focus on Infor M3 Proven hands-on expertise in Manufacturing modules (MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Maintenance, Quality) Strong exposure to Logistics modules (Warehousing, Inventory Control, Transportation, O2C, P2P) Experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Manufacturing implementations in Infor M3 Strong understanding of supply chain and production planning processes Experience working across DEV, TST, and Production environments Ability to perform functional testing and validate business scenarios Experience coordinating directly with business users during UAT You should possess the ability to: Independently drive module-level implementation with minimal supervision Analyze complex business processes and map them into ERP workflows Identify gaps in system configuration and propose optimized solutions Coordinate cross-functionally between Business, Technical, and Delivery teams Manage multiple stakeholders without losing control of timelines Handle change requests and customization requirements effectively Present weekly status updates clearly and professionally Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization Ensure data integrity across Manufacturing and Logistics processes Troubleshoot functional issues with structured problem-solving What we bring to the table: Opportunity to work on large-scale Manufacturing ERP transformation projects Exposure to full-cycle ERP implementations Collaborative environment with cross-functional global teams Structured project governance and delivery framework Scope to drive process improvements in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Ownership of critical business transformation initiatives Let’s Connect Want to discuss this opportunity in more detail?
