Senior Robot Framework Engineer (ID: 3595)

As a Senior Robot Framework Engineer, you will: Design, develop, test, and maintain automation solutions using open-source Robot Framework Build scalable and reusable automation frameworks using modular keyword-driven design Develop custom Python libraries to extend Robot Framework capabilities Lead migration of existing UiPath automations into Robot Framework-based solutions Take ownership of end-to-end automation delivery, including development, testing, and deployment Implement robust logging, exception handling, retry mechanisms, and reporting frameworks Automate processes across web, desktop, APIs, file systems, Excel, and email workflows Perform code reviews and enforce best practices for maintainability and scalability Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, business analysts, and infrastructure Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, and support materials What You Bring to the Table: Strong hands-on experience with Robot Framework Solid Python programming expertise for developing custom keywords and utilities Experience in web automation including handling dynamic elements, waits, and selectors Hands-on experience with API automation (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML) Experience working with UiPath for understanding and migrating workflows Knowledge of automation frameworks, design patterns, and reusable components Experience implementing logging, reporting, and exception handling mechanisms Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in automation environments Understanding of enterprise-level automation requirements and scalability concerns Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code You should possess the ability to: Translate business requirements into automation workflows and technical solutions Re-engineer and optimize existing UiPath bots into efficient Robot Framework scripts Handle complex automation scenarios involving multiple systems and integrations Ensure stability, performance, and reliability of automation solutions Work independently and take ownership of automation lifecycle management Identify automation opportunities and recommend improvements proactively Perform detailed analysis and provide root cause insights for production issues Maintain high coding standards and enforce best practices across teams Manage multiple automation tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment What we bring to the table: Opportunity to work on enterprise-scale automation projects using modern tools Exposure to both open-source automation frameworks and UiPath ecosystem A collaborative environment with cross-functional teams Challenging projects involving automation across diverse platforms and technologies Opportunity to take ownership and drive automation initiatives end-to-en Learning and growth opportunities in RPA and intelligent automation Let’s Connect Want to discuss this opportunity in more detail?
