ServiceNow Functional Consultant (ID: 3359)

As a ServiceNow Functional Consultant, you will: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution design aligns with business needs. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide guidance on best practices, process improvement, and ServiceNow adoption across the organization. What You Bring to the Table: Proven experience (typically 3–7 years) in ServiceNow implementation and functional consulting. Strong knowledge of IT service management processes, workflows, and industry best practices. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams. You Should Possess the Ability To: Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on business needs. Conduct process assessments, gap analysis, and propose improvements. Support integration discussions with technical teams for seamless implementation. Drive adoption and provide functional expertise throughout the ServiceNow lifecycle.
