ServiceNow Senior Business Consultant (ID: 3361)

As a ServiceNow Senior Business Consultant, you will: Gather and coordinate additional information with key users regarding the design of QHSE processes (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) in ServiceNow. Collaborate with UX designers to ensure an optimal user experience in ServiceNow solutions. Proactively advise on ServiceNow setup based on best practices, minimizing customization wherever possible. Ensure the quality of delivered functionality and the accompanying documentation. Prepare and support training sessions and user instructions for end users of ServiceNow functionalities. Actively participate in the project team and contribute to overall project outcomes. Work closely with ServiceNow technical consultants, project managers, product owners, UX designers, and business experts to implement H&S and other QHSE processes. What you bring: 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations, including proven experience with the Health & Safety module or similar modules. Experience supporting or improving QHSE processes within IT or business environments. Demonstrable business analysis skills and experience translating business needs into concrete ServiceNow solutions. Experience with IT transitions or large-scale implementations within public or enterprise organizations (preferred). Experience working in Agile teams and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Professional command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written. You have the ability to: Collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary project team. Analyze complex business processes and make clear, actionable recommendations. Communicate clearly with both IT and business stakeholders. Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and documentation. Stay results-oriented and focused under pressure. Demonstrate organizational awareness and a customer-oriented mindset.
