ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will: Design, configure, and implement the ServiceNow Health & Safety (H&S) module to support QHSE processes (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment), such as safety reports, audit findings, and improvement actions. Deliver robust technical designs, data structures, and workflow configurations aligned with enterprise ServiceNow architectural guidelines. Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications, including data platforms for reporting and dashboards. Provide technical advice and documentation, ensuring all configurations and deviations from standard designs are properly recorded and reviewed. Oversee the DTAP environment (Development, Test, Acceptance, Production) — including setup, unit testing, release preparation, and production deployment. Conduct knowledge transfer to internal support and development teams through technical documentation and coaching. Collaborate closely with project stakeholders — including the project manager, product owner, ServiceNow business consultants, technical consultants, UX designer, and business experts — to ensure smooth delivery of the ServiceNow solution. What you bring: 5–8 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant on implementation projects. Proven experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript), and workflow development. Strong understanding of database structures and SQL. Demonstrated experience with integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise or data platforms. Knowledge of or affinity with QHSE processes (safety, quality, audit management) is a plus. Experience within large public or enterprise organizations is an advantage. Demonstrated experience working in agile environments and using related tools. You have the ability to: Maintain high standards of quality in design, documentation, and execution. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Think analytically and work accurately, even under pressure. Stay results-oriented while managing multiple priorities in a complex environment. Collaborate as a team player, considering the interests of others and the project’s objectives.
