Solution Architect (ID:3716)

As a Solution Architect, you will: Define, design, and own end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise-grade applications built on Java and Angular. Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing systems aligned with airline business processes. Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and technology selection decisions. Drive the design and implementation of microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures. Provide technical leadership across backend and frontend development teams. Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions. Establish and enforce best practices for coding standards, CI/CD, DevOps, and system design. Ensure system reliability, availability, performance optimization, and resilience. Mentor developers and technical leads on modern architecture patterns and engineering practices. Oversee compliance with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements. Contribute to technical roadmap planning, effort estimation, and release governance. What You Bring to the Table: 10+ years of overall IT experience, with strong exposure to enterprise application architecture. Proven expertise in Java-based backend development and Angular frontend frameworks. Hands-on experience in designing microservices and cloud-native architectures. Strong understanding of API design, event-driven systems, and distributed architectures. Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms. Solid grasp of security, scalability, and performance engineering principles. Domain experience in airline or travel industry (preferred but not mandatory). Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. You Should Possess the Ability To: Lead and influence technical teams across multiple workstreams. Make critical architecture decisions balancing business and technical needs. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Drive innovation while maintaining stability and compliance. Identify risks and proactively design mitigation strategies. Mentor and uplift engineering teams with best practices and design thinking.
