As a Technical Lead, you will: Design, develop, and oversee end-to-end technical solutions leveraging Python, Azure, and AI frameworks to drive business innovation. Lead a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code, scalable architectures, and efficient delivery of AI-driven applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies, solution designs, and integration plans across cloud and data systems. Implement best practices for performance optimization, security, and automation using Azure DevOps and cloud-native tools. Drive continuous improvement and innovation by adopting emerging AI technologies and modern development practices. What You Bring to the Table: Strong hands-on expertise in Python development, Azure cloud services, and AI/ML model integration. Proven ability to architect scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud-based systems. Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, and data management workflows within Azure ecosystems. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud automation. You should possess the ability to: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions aligned with business goals. Guide, mentor, and support technical teams through project execution and delivery. Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency using AI and automation.
