Test Manager / QA Test Lead (ID:3373)

1. As a Test Manager / QA Test Lead, you will: Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across projects within Agile and multidisciplinary team environments. Coordinate and oversee all testing roles, responsibilities, and deliverables within the team. Develop comprehensive test plans, testing strategies, and detailed work plans for engagements. Execute and supervise planned test cases, ensuring accurate documentation and traceability of test results. Prepare quality assessments, reports, and testing metrics to track progress and performance. Formulate Go/No-Go recommendations based on test progress, defect analysis, and quality metrics. Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and delivery. Ensure the delivery of high-quality testing outcomes aligned with project objectives and expectations. Support and drive both manual and automated testing processes to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. 2. What You Bring to the Table: Overall 6–8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Test Manager or similar leadership role. Minimum 3 years of experience managing and mentoring testing teams. Strong experience in test planning, test strategy development, and execution management. Solid understanding of manual testing processes and test automation practices. Hands-on experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in defect tracking and quality metrics preparation. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Fluent in English (no additional local language requirement). 3. You Should Possess the Ability To: Lead and motivate testing teams while managing multiple priorities effectively. Collaborate efficiently with development, product, and business teams in Agile setups. Analyze testing data and provide strategic recommendations for quality improvement. Manage risks and make informed Go/No-Go decisions based on testing insights. Establish structured testing processes and improve overall QA maturity. Maintain strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones and high-quality deliverables. 4.
